Overview
This is the place for you if you want to become the next successful entrepreneur in the start-up industry and expand your company to a worldwide scale. There are instructors that have successful backgrounds in business and entrepreneurship who are responsible for delivering the curriculum.
Your first year will offer you with a strong foundation, covering everything from marketing to financial planning, and it will continue throughout the year. During the second year, you will have the opportunity to select from four different specializations, each of which will cover a different significant aspect of starting a business.
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Master’s program aims to provide future entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and innovators with transferable and implementable knowledge, skills, and mindsets required to start their own businesses or lead innovation projects in corporate settings, as well as an understanding of related processes, practices, business models, and financial, business, social, and environmental impact.
The students will acquire the skills necessary to recognize, generate, and assess business concepts, to design, launch, and steer new ventures that have a high potential for growth, to mobilize resources and create synergies, to plan, manage, and deliver value from innovation, to navigate dynamic, complex, and uncertain business contexts, and to drive meaningful change while being more aware of ethical considerations and principles of sustainable development.
Graduates will be able to start and develop their own businesses, assist organizations in growing and scaling up, contribute to the restructuring and innovation of existing enterprises, and work as managers, analysts, consultants, or investors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Graduates are fully prepared to pursue PhD studies.
In addition to the master’s program, we provide other opportunities to help students develop their own ideas, including the Corvinus Entrepreneurship Platform (CEP), where students receive information about all relevant events and opportunities, and the Boost Programme, which provides personalized mentoring and opportunities to participate in community events and competitions. The two-semester Hungarian Startup University Program course, which begins in the autumn, is now available in English. We assist students in working in teams to bring their ideas to the MVP level.
