Undergraduate diploma (or higher) We are looking for emerging managerial talents, leaders of SMEs as well as entrepreneurs with at least bachelor level diplomas obtained in any area of training who endeavour to become effective and responsible leaders thriving in a complex international business environment. The Executive MBA programme is ideal for those seeking to develop core knowledge of all the functional areas of business (at an executive level) regardless of their field of former education. Please, do not apply for our Executive MBA if you do not meet the following requirements Work experience A minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience is required for an Executive MBA (see other requirements below). Right to enter Hungary You must have the right to enter Hungary. Typically, you be able to enter Hungary without a visa or be an EU national or Hungarian resident. You cannot be considered eligible for this programme if you require a visa to enter Hungary. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. ‎If your qualifications are not in English or Hungarian, official translations into English or Hungarian will be required for all diplomas and transcripts. You must take verified copies of the entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.

Programme description

The Corvinus Executive MBA (dual degree in partnership with MSM – Maastricht University) is an international double diploma program, offered by Corvinus University of Budapest and Maastricht University – Maastricht School of Management (MSM).

Our Executive MBA is a transformational programme that gives you the tools to become an effective and responsible leader thriving in a complex international business environment. You will develop core knowledge of all the functional areas of business (at an executive level), with a strong emphasis on teamwork and complex problem-solving.

This Executive MBA will mould you into a future leader with a strong network and influence in Central Europe!

Graduates will receive an Executive MBA diploma from Corvinus University of Budapest and an MSc degree from Maastricht University (UM).

The programme is ideal for professionals living in Hungary or neighbouring countries as teaching takes place over one intensive weekend typically each month (from Friday to Sunday, and in some exceptional cases on Thursday afternoons) at Corvinus University of Budapest. We welcome students from destinations within easy reach by air. Two international weeks are held at UM, in Maastricht during the summer (typically in June) after the first year.

This programme is the only MBA in Hungary with EFMD accreditation and is the only MBA with triple accreditation. The Corvinus Executive MBA (dual degree in partnership with MSM – Maastricht University) holds the prestigious accreditations of AACSB, AMBA and EFMD.
