Recognition (undergraduate degree) requirements
Your qualification must be legally recognised to be equivalent to a Hungarian undergraduate degree (Act C, Recognition, 2001) and meet the pre-requisite credit requirements (see below).

GMAT, GRE, NMAT
For admission onto MA/MSc programmes, you must provide a GMAT, GRE or NMAT certificate. Note: you are only required to sit one of these exams.

All MA/MSc applicants must have one of the following within the minimum scores stated:

NMAT (165)
GMAT (500)
GMAT FE (485)
GRE (300).

Exemptions
You are exempt from this requirement if you have already graduated from an AACSB, AMBA-accredited or CEMS-member university and have an average grade equivalent to “B”.

Self-funded applicants must provide the above by 30 April. Applicants who provide their scores earlier can be admitted early!

You will receive a percentage score based on your NMAT, GMAT, GRE score or average grade from your accredited university.

A points threshold will then be set by our MA/MSc Dean. Those scoring greater than or equal to the points threshold will be conditionally accepted. Those scoring below the points threshold will be rejected.

If you do not achieve the minimum score requirements, your application will be rejected.

Minimum credit requirements
In Hungary, there are legal pre-requisite credit requirements to study Master programmes.

Please make sure you meet the minimum requirements for this programme before applying.

You will need a minimum of 40 ECTS constituted from the following areas: 
- Natural Science (including analysis, probability, statistics, operations research, mathematics, informatics
- Business and Human Resource Management (including economics, business economics, finance, legal studies, EU studies, management and decision techniques, decision making skills)
- Informatics (including IT architectures, operational systems, IT networks, programming theory, programming languages, program design, database handling, IT architectures/development/management, quality assurance, integrated development tools, development support, IT auditing, integrated business management systems, special applications).

Tip: to quickly calculate your credits in ECTS, divide learning hours by 30!

‎If your qualifications are not in English or Hungarian, official translations into English or Hungarian will be required for all diplomas and transcripts.

You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.
